Organized Chaos Tours started as a group of friends traveling and attending events together and has grown to a travel and event company that has hosted more than 30 trips for over 500 travelers. With a desire to bring people together through events, adventure, and travel; Organized Chaos Tours realized it was time for them to get a website that could handle their event ticket sales, travel bookings, and ecommerce needs.
Organized Chaos Tours originated as a small business and had a lot of manual processes in place to serve their customers. Bookings for events and travel were managed through spreadsheets and payments were processed over the phone. With a rapidly growing client base, these manual processes were no longer sustainable. In addition, their customer base was spanning states and other countries, therefore they needed a website to continue to inform and grow their client base.
Godlock Solutions met Organized Chaos Tours’ needs by designing and developing a site that aligned with their brand image and spoke to their clients. To achieve this, we worked closely with the co-owners of Organized Chaos Tours to understand their brand, customers, and business requirements. This allowed us to ensure the newly developed website was consistent with their brand and met the needs of their business and customers.
With the successful partnership established between Godlock Solutions and Organized Chaos Tours and the wonderful efforts of our Web Design, Web Development, and Project Management team; Organized Chaos Tours now has a fully responsive website with ecommerce and booking functionality. The site allows customers to learn about different event and travel opportunities, book travel, purchase event tickets, and pay installments on their booked travel. As a result of our efforts, Organized Chaos Tours has seen an immediate noticeable increase in conversions, bookings, and clients.
